Youth Outreach - The Hang Out is located at 2 Holy Cross Road, Sai Wan Ho. It occupies the 1st to 4th floors and the rooftop at the 16th floor of the building. There are 2 glass curtain walls on the lowest 3 floors. This 24-hour centre aims to provide children and youths aged between 6 and 24 with interest classes, leisure and recreation facilities. Social workers of the centre will also give counselling services to children and youths in need.

How to Apply
Call before applying in writing to the Centre-in-charge (Hang Out) with information on the location, date, time, nature and theme of the film, synopsis of the film, description of the scenes and size of the crew.
Processing time : 1 month.
Fees
$4,000 for the first 2 hours and $1,000 for each subsequent hour
PLI cover
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of $10 million at their own expense.

- No restriction on the filming time subject to availability of venues.
