Hong Kong Sports Institute
Characteristic
Hong Kong Sports Institute is located at the riverside of Shing Mun River and next to Sha Tin Race Course. It is around 10 minutes' walk from the MTR Fo Tan Station. The Institute was renovated between 2010 and 2015. Its new campus provides barrier-free state-of-the-art sports facilities and meeting venues. The Main Building is 9 storeys high and the centre-piece with integrated facilities including a lecture theatre, conference and activity rooms, a restaurant and residence accommodation. The Institute provides a variety of indoor and outdoor sports facilities and a range of function rooms for conferences and receptions.
Facilities
Indoor facilities include swimming pools, rowing centre, squash courts, badminton courts, table tennis tables, fencing pistes, karatedo hall, wushu hall, tenpin bowling centre, billiard sports training venue, fitness training centre, sports residence, restaurant, meeting/activity rooms, lecture theatre, etc. Outdoor facilities include tennis courts, football court, athletics track and field facilities, etc.

$2,600/ hour
Deposit : $10,000/ 3 hours
Supply of electricity : $1,300/ hour
PLI cover
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of $20 million at their own expense.
