Call before applying in writing with information on the location, date, time, description of the scenes, size of the crew and cast.

Average processing time : 5 - 10 working days.

Refundable deposit : $50,000

PLI cover

Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance not less than $10 million in the joint names of YMCA of Hong Kong and the company at their own expense, with terms and condition to be approved by the YMCA of Hong Kong.

Remarks

Any filming application is to be considered subject to the decision of the YMCA of Hong Kong.
The film shall not be pornographic or in any way controversial, or socially or politically sensitive.
No scene of explosion, gunfire, violence, bloodshed or open fires is permitted.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
Any damage or breakage to the property caused by filming shall be fully reimbursed by the film company.
The name of "YMCA of Hong Kong" shall not be identified in any way in the film or any publicity, except for a discreet roller credit.
The YMCA of Hong Kong will not be liable for any problems encountered while filming.
If filming is to be cancelled after signing the letter of acceptance, a cancellation charge of 50% of the amount stated in the invoice is payable.
