Penny's Bay Fire Station cum Ambulance Depot is near the Hong Kong Disneyland, with an area of 5,600 sq m. It comprises a 7-bay Fire Station and Ambulance appliance bay, a 4-storey practice centre for confined space, height and ladder practice as well as hose drying and the 2-storey main fire station and ambulance depot complex and a utility building shared with Penny's Bay Police Post. It was designed in 19th century Victorian style, with emphasis on environmental conservation. Sustainable features include use of natural ventilation, a courtyard designed to maximize daylight and reduce artificial lighting requirement, use of solar panels on roof shading to get around 10% of total electricity energy consumption, use of overhanging roof to shade the building walls so as to reduce heat absorption, extensive landscaping compatible with the surrounding environment.

$6,870 for the first 4 hours (basic charge), $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable.
