Characteristic
Kwun Fat Street is situated at Siu Lam in Tuen Mun and is a turn-off of Castle Peak Road near Tai Lam. The former section of Kwun Fat Street provides access to Siu Lam Tsuen and links to the off-ramp Kwun Fung Street. From here onwards is under the jurisdiction of the Lands Department. It is blocked by an iron gate where unauthorized access is prohibited. The prohibited zone includes a long road with plenty of trees on both sides and a vacant land at the end.

How to Apply
Apply in writing to the District Lands Officer of the district concerned with information on the location, date, time, brief description of the scenes, size of the crew and details of the use of explosives and/or inflammable materials.
Processing time : 5 - 7 working days for straightforward applications. Longer processing time may be required for consultation of application.

Fees
$10,150 per application up to 1 month and a further $7,580 for any part of a month thereafter, plus a refundable deposit. Both are to be paid before filming.
