Tsing Lung Tau Pier is located in Sham Tseng and is near the junction of Lung Yuen Road and Castle Peak Road in Tsing Lung Tau. It is a famous scenic spot for angling. During the fine summer days, boats of anglers return cheerfully with plentiful captures are always seen in the evening. The islands facing the pier are Tai Mo To and Siu Mo To (The Brothers). Seeing further is the splendid coastal view of Ma Wan, Sunny Bay and Chek Lap Kok. The magnificent Tsing Ma Bridge and Kap Shui Mun Bridge are also in sight. Comprising 6 berths, the pier is in simple design with its frame and railings in powder blue. Sunlight beams through the cambered translucent roof. The pier is now mainly used by the fishermen and anglers. Kai-to operating between Luk Keng Tsuen in Lantau Island provides service on Saturdays and Sundays only.
