Dukling (Chinese sailing junk)
Characteristic
"Dukling" is an authentic Hong Kong sailing junk, originally owned by a local fisherman. She is a typical junks built in Hong Kong 150 years ago and has been faithfully restored to her original, classic design. The junk has been sailing in the waters of Hong Kong for over 30 years. Although she no longer works as a fishing vessel, she still graces Hong Kong's harbour enabling those who sail upon her to enjoy a unique Hong Kong experience. The junk is a reminder of the 19th century Hong Kong, when the taipans and opium traders first settled in the territory. Visitors can sail with her on any navigable waterways of Hong Kong.
