The Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre is located at Pak Tin Street, Shek Kip Mei. It has been renovated from a decommissioned Shek Kip Mei Factory Estate which was built in 1977. The white and green appearance of the building preserves the territory's historical past as an industrial centre. The building consists of 9 storeys with a total usable floor space of 8,640 sq m. It provides more than a hundred standard units of around 25 sq m, theatres (indoor and outdoor) and exhibition galleries for local arts lovers to meet together to promote arts and cultural exchange, and to develop creative arts education.
