Jockey Club Lei Yue Mun Plus was formerly the Hoi Bun School which was the first regular school in the Lei Yue Mun Village but was closed in 2008 due to a decline in the number of students. The building was later revitalized by Kowloon Federation of Associations (Community Services) Foundation into an educational, cultural, heritage and arts centre. The venue has the Gallery presenting the local contemporary art works and the Cultural Wall showing the development of mining and ceramic industries in Lei Yue Mun in the early days, and showcasing artifacts collected by local residents. The rooftop provides a vantage point to overlook the Lei Yue Mun Pass.
