Open in 2010, Fire Services Department Diving Base is located on Stonecutters Island and equipped with a range of advanced facilities for training of fire services divers. The base comprises a 4-storey diving training centre of approximately 5,550 sq m and berthing facilities. It is also equipped with a diving training pool, a rapids pool, a welding tank, an overhead rail and helicopter winch simulator, a deep dive training room with a deep dive simulator and a two-compartment decompression chamber and a drill yard. The berthing facilities include a crane and two jetties.

Fire Services Department premises
$6,870 for the first 4 hours (basic charge), $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable.
