Sai Kung Tseung Kwan O Government Complex is a 10-storey building located adjacent to the MTR Hang Hau Station. The complex is built with a functional purpose. It comprises of the Hang Hau Community Hall, the Public Enquiry Service Centre, Hang Hau Sports Centre and government offices. With an environmentally friendly design, the complex adopts natural lighting and energy saving features to good effect. The vertical greening design of the building exterior compliments with the design of the adjacent Pui Shing Garden. Hang Hau Community Hall, the Public Enquiry Service Centre and the common area are managed by Home Affairs Department. Hang Hau Sports Centre is managed by Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Send in the application form to relevant department(s) at least 10 working days in advance of the filming date via Film Promotion and Facilitation Section of Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency with information on the location, date, time, purpose of using the venue, synopsis of the film, size of the crew, cast, etc.
If extra government resources are required for the filming, the processing time may be longer. You may also apply online.
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government resources are required for the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
Compliments to the government and public bodies that have agreed to consider applications to hire premises or facilities under their management for location filming.
