Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, located at the former Kai Tak Airport Runway and opened in June 2013, consists of a terminal building and 2 alongside berths. It offers an unobstructed panoramic view of Victoria Harbour and the spectacular Hong Kong Skyline. The berthing facilities include an apron area (850 m x 35 m) and five passenger boarding bridges. The terminal building comprises customs, immigration, quarantine, waiting areas, baggage handling areas, etc. There are also a commercial area of 5,600 sq m for restaurants and retail outlets, a car park with 120 hourly parking spaces, 70 coach bays, and 4 spacious indoor venues of over 3,000 sq m each. The indoor venues are of an open design, with flexible indoor spaces suitable for performances, events and exhibitions.
