YMCA of Hong Kong Beacon Centre Lifelong Learning Institute is a 3-storey building. It has an innovative outlook with a combination of steel-like exterior walls and glass curtain walls, decorated with white, orange and dark red curtains inside. The lobby on the 1/F is spacious and equipped with wooden floor and walls decorated with wooden strips. The 2/F where the classrooms are located is painted in beige and light green colours for a vibrant atmosphere. Along the corridor, there are classrooms and lockers on one side, glass curtain walls on the other side, and a few seats in the middle.

How to Apply
Call before applying in writing to the Centre Supervisor with information on the location, date, time, description of the scenes and size of the crew.
Processing time : 7 - 14 working days.
Fees
$600 - $7,500/ hour
Deposit : $5,000
Additional fees will be charged for the use of electricity, air-conditioning and equipment.
PLI cover
Applicants shall effect adequate public liability insurance at their own expense.
Remarks
- Filming can only take place during the following periods:
- 0900 - 1800 hours on Mondays and Tuesdays
- 0900 - 2200 hours on Wednesdays to Fridays
- 0900 - 1700 hours on Saturdays and Sundays
- Shooting of Category III films, be it of an offence under the laws of Hong Kong, or violence/ pornographic in nature, will not be permitted.
- The name and logo of the YMCA of Hong Kong or the centre shall not be identified unless prior permission is sought.
- The filming shall not cause any inconvenience or hindrance to the operation of the centre, nor damage to any property on the centre.
- Use of explosives or inflammable materials are strictly forbidden.
