The Lockhart Road, East Point Road and Great George Street, between Cannon Street and Paterson Street, are designated part-time pedestrian streets between 4pm and 12 midnight daily and 12 noon to 12 midnight on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. It is a hot spot for street performances. Signboards of various sizes are hanging on the two sides of the Lockhart Road section, creating a unique local atmosphere.
