The Kowloon East Regional Building of Water Supplies Department was opened in 2000, occupying a site area of 2,834 sq m. The 10-storey building comprises office area and a 7-storey car park, and designed with a curved outlook. The lift lobby, with marble wall and floor, is small in size.

The application form (WWO 1069) should reach WSD headquarters at least 7 clear working days prior to the proposed date of filming with information on the exact location, date, time, description of the scenes and activities, size of the crew and number of vehicles. For filming at the Kowloon West Regional Building, please apply to relevant department(s) via Film Promotion and Facilitation Section of Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency.
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government personnel, stores or services are required to assist in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
Compliments to the government and public bodies that have agreed to consider applications to hire premises or facilities under their management for location filming.
