Opened in June 2012, Zero Carbon Building is the first zero carbon architecture in Hong Kong which aims to promote environmental protection. The premises comprises of a 3-storey building and a landscape area, occupying a site area of 14,700 sq m. The building roof is specially made of solar panels, with facilities of exhibition areas and a multi-purpose hall which can accommodate up to 150 people. The hall can be partitioned for different purposes, with full-length windows to view the greenery outside. The landscape area in front of the building is the first native urban woodland in Hong Kong. It provides 220 native shrubs of diverse species, which are in good contrast with the high-rise buildings around. The design of ZCB won the Green Building Award 2012.

Multi-purpose hall (entire hall) (225 sq m)
9am - 6pm: $8,000/ 4 hours and $1,400 for each subsequent hour; $12,500/ 9 hours
6pm - 9pm: $2,100/ hour
Outdoor exhibition area J (900 sq m)
$20,000/ 9 hours and $3,340 for each subsequent hour
Outdoor exhibition area L (350 sq m)
$15,000/ 9 hours and $2,500 for each subsequent hour
A deposit is required.
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance via Zero Carbon Building.
Filming can only take place during 0900 - 2100 hours.
Compliments to the government and public bodies that have agreed to consider applications to hire premises or facilities under their management for location filming.
