Characteristic
With an area of around 800 sq m, Former Koon Ying School comprises 2 single-storey bungalows with staircases leading to the building. There are several benches and hopscotch markings left on the playground which is surrounded by many tall trees and a basketball court.

Processing time : 5 - 7 working days for straightforward applications. Longer processing time may be required for consultation of application.

Fees
$10,150 per application up to 1 month and a further $7,580 for any part of a month thereafter, plus a refundable deposit. Both are to be paid before filming.
