The Beacon Hill Viewing Point is located at halfway up the Beacon Hill in Lion Rock Country Park and around 400 m above sea level. It offers a panoramic view of Kowloon Peninsula and the Hong Kong Island on the opposite shore.
Send the application form to the Department at least 3 working days in advance of the filming date with information on the exact location (with relevant maps, either the Countryside Series or other maps in scale of 1:25,000 or larger attached), date, time, scenes to be taken, nature of activities involved, vehicles and bicycles to be taken into the country park, props and structures (sketches with scale should be provided).
Permit fee : $250/ day (0900 - 1630 hours)
Compliments to the government and public bodies that have agreed to consider applications to hire premises or facilities under their management for location filming.
