Aberdeen Country Park lies on the southern slopes of Hong Kong Island almost adjoining the Aberdeen and Wong Chuk Hang housing estates on the south and extending to Wan Chai Gap on the north. The area serves as a back-garden to the nearby residents. The nature trail and fitness trail provide leisurely walks and the longest can be completed in less than an hour. Also because of the easy accessibility, the park is very popular with morning walkers. There is even a small platform for practising Tai Chi. Like most country parks, this one also comprises the land surrounding reservoirs: Upper and Lower Aberdeen Reservoirs.
