Built in 1936, the Lands Tribunal Building is formerly the Old South Kowloon District Court. It is a 3-storey concrete building with red bricks and granites standing on a terrace platform. It was designed in the classical revival style with large pillars and parapets built externally to the open corridors on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Two imposing staircases lead to either side of the main entrance, where there is a small door area. The Tribunal is a Grade I historic building.
