The Diving Support Vessel is berthed at Ngong Shuen Chau Diving Base to provide rescue cover to all waters in Hong Kong. It has a daughter boat which is a 3.8 m speedboat with one 30 HP outboard engine. The Diving Support Vessel has a passenger capacity of 22 persons. Diving Speed Boats are berthed at Ngong Shuen Chau Diving Base and East Sea Rescue Berth of the Airport to provide rescue cover to all waters in Hong Kong. They have a passenger capacity of 8 persons. Speed Boats are use for putting out small patches of floating fuel fires, retrieval of survivors in water, towing of life rafts to command boats or casualties landing points and transportation of rescue personnel from shore to command boat and vice versa. Each boat has a carrying capacity of 10 persons.

$6,870 for the first 4 hours (basic charge), $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable.
