Fire Services Department - Mobile Casualty Treatment Centre

Characteristic

There are four different versions of Mobile Casualty Treatment Centre (MCTC) in Ambulance Command, namely, the Mercedes Benz 1828L (F581) posted at Sai Wan Ho Ambulance Depot, Dennis DFS237R4B (F82) posted at Tsing Yi Ambulance Depot, Mercedes Benz 1517L (F182) posted at Ho Man Tin Ambulance Depot and Mercedes Benz 1828L (F11) posted at Tai Po Ambulance Depot. All MCTCs are air-conditioned and equipped with lifting platform, protruding search lights, etc. It will be dispatched to incident where there is a request for more than four ambulances. It serves as a temporary casualties treatment centre used by medical and ambulance staff in the event of major casualties incidents.

How to Apply

Send in the application form at least 7 clear working days in advance of the filming date with information on the location, date, time, story of the film, scenes to be taken and nature of the activities.

Fees

Fire Services Department premises
$6,870 for the first 4 hours (basic charge), $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable.

Remarks

Applications are subject to operational considerations.
