Opened in April 1991, the 4-storey museum houses about 500 exhibits, encompassing a wide range of science subjects such as computers, robotics, transport, communications, life science, food science, meteorology, geography and home technology. About 70% of the exhibits are interactive items, offering fascinating experience to explore the mysteries of science. One can watch balls rolling between the 2 towers of the 22 m high Energy Machine, experience simulated flight or street-car driving, challenge the wits of computers, and test your reflexes and power of perception. An Orientation Hall, Laboratory, Energy Efficiency Centre, Computer Room and Children's Zone can be found in the Museum.
