The HKFYG Leadership Institute
Characteristic
The HKFYG Leadership Institute is revitalized from the Former Fanling Magistracy and has come into operation in 2018. Its premises comprise the 2-storey Former Fanling Magistracy building built in the 1950’s and a new block. The Institute retains the historic building’s stripped classicism architectural style, including the wall tiles, the stairways with the medal banisters and the central courtyard. The original façade, defendant’s carport and Court No. 2 are preserved after revitalization, while some areas have been refurbished into activity rooms or meeting rooms. The building is a Grade III historic building.

How to Apply
Call before applying in writing with information on the location, date, time, nature of filming, film type, release format and schedule, synopsis of the film, scripts of the relevant scenes, size of the crew and cast, and number of vehicles.

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total venue rental fee is required.
Additional fees will be applied for use of electricity and air-conditioning depending to the filming scales.

Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of no less than $5 million at their own expense.
