Tung Chung Hau Wong Temple is located to the west of Sha Tsui Tau and faces Tung Chung Bay. It is only accessible by motorcycles or foot. It is a 5-minute walk from the west end of Yu Tong Road. The temple is over 200 years old. The row of miniature human figures on the eaves look still very real to life. On the 18th of the 8th month of the lunar calendar every year, there are activities such as Chinese operas and gatherings in the open area of the temple, to celebrate the birthday of Hau Wong.
