Lan Kwai Fong is a sloping L-shape lane off D' Aguilar Street. Together with other surrounding streets like Stanley Street, Wellington Street, D' Aguilar and Wyndham Street, it supports a fancy array of shops, galleries, restaurants and bars. With European and American style restaurants and nightspots, it is always frequented by expats and well-to-do Chinese yuppies. Every year at Halloween, people who are happily dressed in weird costumes mark the festivity in Lan Kwai Fong. During 7pm - 4am on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, Lan Kwai Fong is a part-time pedestrian precinct.
