Characteristic
Shine Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) is designed with a functional outlook and consists of various blocks ranging from 1 to 4 storeys high, with walkways on the 2/F and 3/F connecting the blocks. The open corridors on each floor overlook the basketball court on the ground. In addition, the open staircase at the northern end offers views of the Yau Oi public housing estate.
