Characteristic
Subway KS61 (on Salisbury Road near Chatham Road South Junction) is spacious and is in J-shape. It links the New World Centre to the eastern and western side of the pavement outside the MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. The interior design of the subway is unique. In the section adjacent to the station, the wall is covered with a simple alternation of yellow and blue tiles. In the other section, a series of colourful posters publicizing events held at nearby museums and cultural centres give the subway a gallery look.
