Characteristic
Urban Renewal Authority (URA) was founded in 2001. Its mission is to redevelop, revitalize and rehabilitate the old districts in Hong Kong. Redevelopment works target at old private buildings that aged more than 40 or 50 years in the urban areas, including tenement houses without escalators.

How to Apply
Call before applying in writing to relevant department(s) via Film Promotion and Facilitation Section of Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency with information on the location, date, time, synopsis of the film, scripts of the relevant scenes, size of the crew and any other information as may be required.
Processing time : minimum 14 working days.

Applicants shall effect adequate public liability insurance covering damage to the property and any personal injury or death and to provide Assistant Manager (Acquisition & Clearance) with a certified copy of the policy.
