Siu Sai Wan Complex covers an area of 0.44 hectare and is situated at the junction of Siu Sai Wan Road and Fu Yee Road. Opened in 2011, it provides various recreational and cultural facilities, including a sports centre, an indoor swimming pool, a public library and a community hall. The courtyard provides ample space and extends to the adjacent street areas. The Complex is equipped with energy-saving facilities such as ventilation, skylight and green rooftop. The common area, public library, sports centre and swimming pool are managed by Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Processing time : 10 - 14 working days.
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable.
If extra government personnel is required to assist in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
All fees are to be paid no less than 6 working days before filming.
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of $6.5 million to $30 million (depending on the risk level) in the joint names of the Government of the HKSAR and the company at their own expense, with terms and conditions to be approved by the Department.
*Siu Sai Wan Community Hall is under the management of Home Affairs Department. Applications should be made to the person-in-charge of the venue concerned.
