The Land Registry Customer Centre is located on the 19th floor of Queensway Government Offices. With an open design, the customer centre is separated from the office area by a counter in an arc. The centre is designed for a functional outlook with walls painted in orange to give a warm atmosphere. The office area is unavailable for location filming.

Call Publicity Officer before sending the application form at least 10 working days in advance of the filming date to Publicity Officer with information on the location, date, time, synopsis of the film, description of the scenes, size of the crew, use of government power supply or utilities, details of any alteration and reinstatement works to the premises, and a copy of the public liability insurance cover.
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government personnel is required to facilitate the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of $6.5 million to $30 million (depending on the risk level) in the joint names of the Government of the HKSAR and the company at their own expense, with terms and conditions to be approved by the Department.
Filming can only take place after office hours and subject to availability of the venues.
Compliments to the government and public bodies that have agreed to consider applications to hire premises or facilities under their management for location filming.
