Civil Aviation Department Headquarters
Characteristic
Opened in 2013, the Civil Aviation Department Headquarters is located on the southeast side of the Airport Island. It is built with an environmental-friendly and sustainable design, with greenery in its exterior space. The curtain walls allow natural light into the building and contribute to its modern outlook. The spacious lobby is in white and light grey, which adds to the feeling of spaciousness.

How to Apply
Send in the application form at least 14 working days in advance of the filming date to the Public Relations Office with information on the location, date, time, nature of production, synopsis of the film, descriptions and scripts of the relevant scenes, size of crew and cast, equipment list and use of government power supply.
Fees
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government personnel is required to facilitate the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.

Applicants may be required to effect a public liability insurance at their own expense.
Remarks
- All applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The nature of the film shall not be a cause of embarrassment to the HKSAR Government and/or impair the image of the department, nor shall it offend the laws of HKSAR or be of immoral, defamatory or political flavour.
- The filming shall not cause any inconvenience or hindrance to the operation and other users in the Headquarters, and damage to any property on the Headquarters.
- Filming should be carried out according to the approved application details and scripts.
