Opened in 2016, Yuen Chau Kok Complex consists of a 4-storey block of a sports centre and a 6-storey block comprising a community hall and a public library. The two blocks are linked by a bridge of 15m in length which forms a ventilation corridor between the two buildings. The complex has landscape decks at various levels and its rooftops and facades are designed in “green” effect with plants. Yuen Chau Kok Sport Centre, Yuen Chau Kok Public Library and the common areas are managed by Leisure and Cultural Services Department. Yuen Chau Kok Community Hall is managed by Home Affairs Department.

Processing time : 10 - 14 working days.
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable.
If extra government personnel is required to assist in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
All fees are to be paid no less than 6 working days before filming.
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of $6.5 million to $30 million (depending on the risk level) in the joint names of the Government of the HKSAR and the company at their own expense, with terms and conditions to be approved by the Department.
Compliments to the government and public bodies that have agreed to consider applications to hire premises or facilities under their management for location filming.
