Paragliding
Characteristic
On Sundays, colourful paragliders are often found in the sky of Dragon's Back at Shek O, the most popular spot for paragliding in Hong Kong. Playing this sport in Hong Kong is not easy because of the lack of suitable sites in such a crowded city. One needs to possess a pilot licence issued by Hong Kong Paragliding Association (HKPA) or an overseas pilot licence that the HKPA recognises. Any Hong Kong resident to be legally entitled to paragliding in Hong Kong needs to be a member of HKPA.
How to Apply
No application is required. Please complete the notification form of location filming in public areas and send it by fax to Police Public Relations Wing for record.
