The Center
Characteristic
The Center is an 80-storey high-rise building. The building, like a column of 8-pointed star, is clad with reflective silver curtain walls. The horizontal light tubes on alternate "spines" of the building, controlled by computer systems, give different colours of lights in a time pattern as if there were pulses of changing colours racing up, resulting in a sharp contrast with its yet-to-be-developed neighbourhood in Peel Street and Graham Street.
How to Apply
For filming in public areas, please complete the notification form of location filming in public areas and send it by fax to Police Public Relations Wing for record. The estate management office of the building should be consulted where necessary.
