Tai Wong Ye Temple (Wong Chuk Hang)
Characteristic
Tai Wong Ye Temple at Wong Chuk Hang was rebuilt on a piece of land granted by the government in 1982. That was exactly the location where the Tai Wong Ye statue was discovered in the early years of the century. The temple is a concrete structure of white walls and golden roof tiles. It has a rather modern architectural design and its exterior walls are inlaid with porcelain pictures donated by the worshippers.

How to Apply
Call before applying in writing to the Secretary with information on the location, date, time, synopsis of the film, description of the scenes, size of the crew and cast.
Processing time : 10 days.
Fees
No charge but donation accepted.
Remarks
- Filming can take place daily during 0800 - 1700 hours.
- No alteration to the temple. Display of visual materials at the scene tarnishing the image of the temple will not be allowed.
- No burning of incense sticks and joss paper in the open area.
- The film crew should clean up the area after filming.
- The film company shall acknowledge "Tai Wong Ye Shrine Company Ltd, Wong Chuk Hang, Aberdeen, Hong Kong" in the rolling credit of the film.
