Jockey Club Tuen Mun Home for the Aged Blind is a 5-storey building. It is spacious with functional design and a square courtyard in the centre of the building. Natural light can reach the lobby through the glass rooftops in the shape of pyramids. Large windows can be found in each room. Some rooms with beds are suitable for mock-up of old hospital wards. The garden is in Chinese architectural style.

Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance cover in the sum of $10 million at their own expense.
Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Compliments to the government and public bodies that have agreed to consider applications to hire premises or facilities under their management for location filming.
