Characteristic
The Employment Service Center, run by Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth, is located on Kai Yip Estate, Kowloon Bay. It provides diversified employment-related services for disabled job-seekers. Renovated in 2004, the interior of the centre is carefully crafted in a modern style. Work space is well defined and coloured in a blue tone to give a 'cyber' feel in the centre. More space is provided for the convenience of the disabled in wheel-chairs moving around.
