Fanling Occupational Health Clinic is one of the Labour Department's clinics to provide diagnosis, treatment and occupational health counselling to workers. Opened in June 2006, it provides occupational health services for the public in the New Territories. Exhibitions, talks and video shows on occupational health are held at the clinic. The other occupational health clinic is located in Kwun Tong district.

Call before sending the application form to Departmental Secretary with information on the location, date, time, synopsis of the film, description of the scenes, size of the crew and use of government power supply.
Processing time : 5 working days for simple application.
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government personnel is required to assist in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
Filming can only take place during 1200 - 1400 hours and 1600 - 1800 hours on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).
Compliments to the government and public bodies that have agreed to consider applications to hire premises or facilities under their management for location filming.
