Kwai Fong Car Park is a 7-storey building designed in a rectangular shape providing about 550 parking spaces. Circle vents are found on the two sides of the building. While the exterior of the car park is painted in white, vivid color schemes are used on different floors of the car park. The non-enclosed design of the car park allows natural light to come in and better ventilation. The car park is equipped with barrier-free facilities including tactile guide paths and ramps for wheelchair users. There is a covered footbridge linking the car park to the building in the oppostie.
