Nam Wan Tunnel is 1.2 km in length, with a dual 3-lane carriageway which connects the Tsing Yi West, Tsing Yi South-East and Stonecutters Bridge. The tunnel is a part of the Tsing Sha Control Area.

Call Operations Manager before apply in writing with information on the location, date, time, duration of filming and synopsis of the film.
Processing time : 7 - 10 working days, subject to the approval of the Transport Department and the physical constraints of control area operation.
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour.
Additional fees will be charged for the operational costs of administering the filming activities.
Deposit : A deposit equivalent to the same amount as the total fee will be needed.
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of $50 million at their own expense in the joint names of the Government of the HKSAR, the Tsing Sha Control Area Operator (currently TIML MOM Ltd) and the company with terms and conditions to be approved by the Control Area Operator. A copy of the policy should be provided to the Operations Manager. Applicants are advised to contact the Operations Manager for the insurance requirements.
