Nam Wan Tunnel
Characteristic
Nam Wan Tunnel is 1.2 km in length, with a dual 3-lane carriageway which connects the Tsing Yi West, Tsing Yi South-East and Stonecutters Bridge. The tunnel is a part of the Tsing Sha Control Area.

How to Apply
Call Operations Manager before apply in writing with information on the location, date, time, duration of filming and synopsis of the film.
Processing time : 7 - 10 working days, subject to the approval of the Transport Department and the physical constraints of control area operation.
Fees
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour.
Additional fees will be charged for the operational costs of administering the filming activities.
Deposit : A deposit equivalent to the same amount as the total fee will be needed.
PLI cover
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of $50 million at their own expense in the joint names of the Government of the HKSAR, the Tsing Sha Control Area Operator (currently TIML MOM Ltd) and the company with terms and conditions to be approved by the Control Area Operator. A copy of the policy should be provided to the Operations Manager. Applicants are advised to contact the Operations Manager for the insurance requirements.
Remarks
- Film crews must comply with the Tsing Sha Control Area Ordinance, the Road Traffic Ordinance and their subsidiary legislations and the terms and conditions for location filming as set out by the Control Area Operator. Please contact the Operations Manager for the details.
- Applicants should indemnify the Control Area Operator for all the damage, loss and cost of repairs as a result of the filming.
- Applicants should obtain relevant permits from specific government departments as required.
- In case of emergency, film crews should strictly follow the instructions of the authorized officers of the Tsing Sha Control Area, including stopping of the filming when necessary.
