Occupational Safety & Health Centre and Kwun Tong Occupational Health Clinic is in close proximity to MTR Kwun Tong Station. The newly renovated clinic is spacious with square floor tiles in light grey and brown colours, which looks different from the typical public clinics in Hong Kong. The beige-colour sofas in the waiting area creates a warm atmosphere and comfortable environment. The consultation rooms are on the sides of the clinic. Each of them is equipped with a small examination bed and a curtain.

How to Apply
Call before sending the application form to Departmental Secretary with information on the location, date, time, synopsis of the film, description of the scenes, size of the crew and use of government power supply.
Processing time : 5 working days for simple application.
Fees
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government personnel is required to assist in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
Remarks
Filming can only take place during 1200 - 1400 hours and 1600 - 1800 hours on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).
