The Sai Kung Tsam Chuk Wan Training Centre is accessible within a few minutes’ walk along Chi Lit Path. The training centre is a two-storey green building. The open area outside is used for training purposes.

How to Apply
Send the application form at least 7 clear working days in advance of the filming date to Operations & Training Officer (Headquarters Management 2) with information on the exact location, date, time, description of the scenes and activities, number of crew members and vehicles.
Fees
$7,090 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,990 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government personnel or equipment is required to assist in the filming, the actual cost, overheads plus 20% surcharge will be recovered.
Remarks
- Filming can only take place when the venues/facilities concerned are not scheduled for training or operation.
- The applicant/company shall not, without prior written approval of the Service, erect any fixtures or fittings in the property concerned.
- The applicant/company shall restrict the use of the property to the purpose stated in the application form during the permitted period of use and take all necessary precautions to ensure that such location filming will not cause any danger or personal injury or damage to the property of the Service or any other persons.
- The name of the property of the Service shall not be identified unless prior permission is sought.
- The nature of the film shall not be a cause of embarrassment to the HKSAR Government. Nor shall it offend the laws of Hong Kong or be of immoral, defamatory or political flavour.
- Lighting of fire and the use of fireworks, explosives or any pyrotechnic materials are strictly forbidden.
