Characteristic
Western Garden Neightbourhood Elderly Centre was established in March 1990 and renovated in 2015. The centre provides services to the elderly living in Central and Western districts, including social and recreational activities, health information and health-related activities, learning and interest groups. The centre is equipped with handrails along the walls and yellow tactile paving on the floor to assist the elderly and the visually imparied.
