The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was first formed by a group of volunteers in 1903. The Kowloon Centre, opened in 1967, is located on Princess Margaret Road. The walls, white in colour, are filled with colourful animal patterns.

No rental but donation may be required.
Remarks
- Filming is allowed only if the storyline can help promote animal welfare.
- Filming can take place daily during 1130 - 1300 hours and 1400 - 1600 hours. Other filming time is negotiable.
