Kennedy Town Car Park
Characteristic
Kennedy Town Car Park is located between 3rd floor and 9th floor of Kenney Town Community Complex with more than 200 parking bays. Green colour scheme is used on different floors of the car park. The non-enclosed design of the car park allows natural light to come in and better ventilation.

How to Apply
Apply in writing at least 10 working days prior to the filming date with information on location, date, time, nature of production, synopsis of the film, description of the scenes and relevant scripts, cast, size of the crew, the number of parking spaces to be rented (if required) and a copy of the business registration certificate.
Fees
Government charges
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and car park revenue forgone (hourly rate x no. of parking bays x total hours)
Deposit: $50,000 (payable to the Government of the HKSAR)
PLI cover
Applicants shall effect a public liability insurance in the sum of $2 million at their own expense.
Remarks
- Applications may not be considered if submitted less than 10 working days prior to the filming date or the submitted information is incomplete.
- Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to actual conditions of the car parks.
- The applicant shall comply with the "Terms and Conditions for Film Shooting / TV Commercial Shooting at Transport Department's Multi-storey Car Parks".
