Yuen Long Nullah
Characteristic
Yuen Long Nullah comprises the Main Nullah, East Nullah and West Nullah, which run through the city centre and suburb of Yuen Long. Yuen Long Main Nullah flows from Ma Tin Road to Fu Yip Street, with a length of around 1.2 km. Yuen Long East Nullah and West Nullah flow from Yau Tin West Road and Shan Ha Road respectively, down to MTR Long Ping Station in the city centre, with carriageways and residential buildings on the two sides. They are around 1.3 km and 1.2 km long respectively. Parts of the nullah are beneath the elevated rails of the MTR Tuen Ma Line.

How to Apply
Call Assistant Departmental Secretary (Gen Admin 3) before sending in the application form with information on the exact location (with a location plan), date, time, brief description of relevant scenes, size of the crew and number of vehicles.
Processing time : 6 working days after confirmation of all the required filming details.
Fees
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government personnel or equipment is required to monitor or take part in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
Remarks
- No filming materials should be deposited in the nullah.
- The applicant should keep the site clean and tidy, and ensure that no damage shall be caused to the site. Any damage to the site must be reinstated at the applicant’s full cost.
- Under typhoon signals no.3 or above/ rainstorm warnings/ Special Flood Announcement in the Northern New Territories, all filming must be stopped and the crew should leave the site immediately.
- The applicant shall bear any liability and loss arising from the filming.
