The Kai Tak Nullah is about 2.4 km in length. It flows from Po Kong Village Road along Choi Hung Road, passing Tung Tau Estate and San Po Kong, into the Kai Tak Development Area before discharging into the Victoria Harbour. The nullah is one of the major flood relief drainage channels in East Kowloon area. It is revitalised with various greening and ecological elements, including roadside planters and artificial rock planters, and is renamed as “Kai Tak River”. It has become a green river corridor in the district, and bringing a taste of greenery among the high-rise buildings in its surrounding.

Processing time : 6 working days after confirmation of all the required filming details.
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government personnel or equipment is required to monitor or take part in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
Compliments to the government and public bodies that have agreed to consider applications to hire premises or facilities under their management for location filming.
