Yue Kwong Chuen is of the oldest public housing estates in Hong Kong built in the 1960s. The estate has a site area of 15,190 sq m and comprises 5 blocks of around 10-storey high. $6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block. The charge should be settled before filming.
If extra personnel or equipment is required to assist in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
