Sai Kung Sewage Treatment Works was commissioned in 1988. This major secondary treatment works is located along the coastal area of Tui Min Hoi, Sai Kung, occupying an area of 2.03 hectares. Most sewage facilities are located outdoors, with scattered low-rise buildings on the site.

Call Assistant Departmental Secretary (Gen Admin 3) before sending in the application form with information on the exact location (with a location plan and specific address), date, time, brief description of scenes, size of the crew and number of vehicles.
Processing time : 6 working days after confirmation of all the required filming details.
Fees
$6,870 (basic charge) for the first 4 hours, $1,935 for each subsequent 4-hour block and a refundable deposit equal to the fees payable. Both are to be paid before filming.
If extra government personnel or equipment is required to monitor or take part in the filming, the actual cost plus overheads will be charged.
Remarks
Lighting of fire or the use of fireworks, explosives and any inflammable materials are strictly prohibited.
